I have successfully installed Windows 10 Enterprise Evalution version Build and test period now expired. I could not use the license from Microsoft Action Pack to activate full version. I was advised by Microsoft support team to re-install full version from product download over the existing test version to use this Kind of license. Now, I'm not sure that the re-installation process will take over all exisitng software installed and system settings.

Enterprise Eval can't be upgraded so if you install the full version without cleaning the HDD, you'll end with a dual Windows 10 boot system. I suggest you to backup everything you can, clean the HDD then perform a clean installation.
